By engaging with MiroCert services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms govern all interactions, simulations, and reports provided by MiroCert.
2. Use of Services
MiroCert provides simulation-based social diagnostics and certified reports intended for observational purposes. Clients agree to use the results responsibly and acknowledge that outputs constitute social diagnostics, not recommendations or advice of any kind.
3. Nature of Results
MiroCert delivers certified social diagnostics based on simulation models and demographic data. Results represent probabilistic distributions of opinion dynamics and do not constitute guarantees, predictions, or strategic recommendations.
4. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, models, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of MiroCert. Clients are granted the right to use delivered reports for internal purposes only.
5. Confidentiality
MiroCert ensures strict confidentiality of all client data and project information. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies or materials provided.
Limitation of Liability
MiroCert shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, missed opportunities, or outcomes resulting from the use of delivered diagnostics or simulation results. All reports produced by MiroCert are observational and diagnostic in nature. The interpretation and use of results remain the sole responsibility of the client. MiroCert's liability shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant mandate.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. In the absence of resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which MiroCert operates at the time of the dispute.
